Great book from 1975 that is not merely another expose', rather an affectionate and bittersweet backward glance at the fabled movie stars of yesteryear. It is much more than a Who's Who of the movie capital. It tells and shows Who did What to Whom and When and Where. There is a fully documented section that details all the ticklish shenanigans in the early career of Charlie Chaplin. It tells of the tortured life and aborted career of Frances Farmer. There are stories on the lives of Clara Bow, Gloria Swanson, Mae West, Ramon Novarro, Rudy Valentino, and  Lana Turner. There is also a chapter on mobster Bugsy Siegel that reveals the seamy underbelly of the glamour capital's underworld connections. The book has 292 pages. The Beatles ...365 Days. This is a Fabulous Book about the "Fab Four." The book was compiled by Simon wells Sussex, England in 2004. This is from the introduction to the great book: Millions of words have been written about the Beatles, probably more than any other young men of the twentieth century, and yet the Beatles enormous celebrity ensures that any new nugget of information is still considered news-worthy enough to make front-page headlines. Tales of the group's "rags to riches" success are now legendary and can be used as guideposts for seekers of similar fame and fortune. The Beatles were undoubtedly the most photographed men in the 1960's.This book has an archive of unique images, most of which have never been seen and are priceless recollections of a magical time. The Beatles brightened our lives then and continue to do so today. The book is in mint condition, pages and cover both. What a wonderful gift for your favorite Beatles Fan and Collector!
